The bottle cage screws were too soft and tight. They got stripped, had to pay to get them removed. Aside from that the bike seems good.

Great bike! Very well made steel frame, great finish, and excellent components for the price. Rides really nicely and was pretty easy to assemble and adjust out of the box.

Frame build quality is great, welds are pretty, paint is better than on bikes that cost twice as much, the drivetrain is geared nicely and is really smooth. Once broken in, the brakes are as good as it gets without hydraulics. The saddle is comfortable and good quality. Even the "free" pedals that came in the box are decent.

A few fit and finish issues: the seat clamp bolt was a solid 10mm too short for the clamp, rendering it useless until I replaced the bolt (also the spec sheet is wrong, this is a 29.8mm clamp). Paint in the braze-on threads is annoying: 3 of 4 bottle cage bolts had to be removed with vise grips but the braze-ons themselves were undamaged. They've changed the rear triangle on my Sep 2025 bike from the photos--it now has no kickstand mount but does have a removable derailleur hanger and is much nicer looking.

There is no other bike anywhere near this price point that is this nice to ride. Absolutely a 5-star bike even with the couple small annoyances. I recommend it to everyone who asks me about it.

The bike is fantastic and is excellent quality especially for the price. My only mild frustration was that the bolts are inserted to the mounting points with wet paint and every single bolt stripped and I had to pay my LBS $40 to remove and replace the mounting bolts.

Great bike! Rides smoothly and no complaints so far (30mi). Lots of potential for trail riding and road riding. I did receive it with some very minor damages to the paint and some chips to some parts but they don't affect the performance of the bike. I'll just use some paint to go over it and request some spare plastic parts that popped off during one of the rides. Will be recommending this to my friend. Hopefully Primos support is stellar and that should round off a wonderful experience with this bike as a whole.

I love this bike. It handles well and is super comfortable. But I can only use it for a fast ride workout. It’s not a bike for an enjoyable bike ride cruising. A few things I wish I knew…I wish the axle could accommodate a trailer for my dogs. I wish I had gotten the straight handle bar model (bending over to brake all the time is not my jam.) I wish there was one more level of a hard gear. But again, it’s a great bike for a workout and a smooth fast ride!
