Frame and Fork: Lifetime warranty.
Non-Wear Components: 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
All warranties apply only to the original owner and to manufacturing defects under normal riding conditions.

What’s Not Covered

Wear-and-tear parts (items that naturally wear out over time), such as tires, tubes, chains, brake pads, grips, and bar tape, are not covered under warranty.
We also don’t cover damage caused by crashes, overloading, improper installation, or poor maintenance.

How to submit a Warranty Request

1. Send us an email at hi@primoscycles.com with:
   • Your order number
   • A short description of the issue
   • Clear photos of the problem
2. We’ll get back to you with next steps.

 

If your product arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the box and the affected area.
