In his first look, Casey (@RideYearRound) explores the Primos Mono, a flat bar, all-around bike with a chromoly frame, MicroSHIFT Advent X drivetrain, and Shimano MT200 brakes. He highlights the generous mounts, relaxed geometry, and 2.2” tires as features that make it feel like a ‘90s mountain bike with modern perks like disc brakes and wider rims. At $800, he sees it as a simple, fun ride ideal for commuting, dirt roads, and mellow trails. Not a mountain bike, but something that just makes sense for everyday use.

DO ENTRY-LEVEL BIKEPACKING BIKES STILL EXIST?

We’re excited to share that Nolan (@TheBikeSauce), one of our favorite voices in the cycling world, just featured the Primos Dame in his latest video.
