great bike and great value

This bike is a great bike for what you spend. Ready for adventure with all the mounts and a solid drive train. Only thing I changed was switching to wider bars for comfort and smoother tires as I'm a mostly road and gravel rider. The tire that come on it are fine but more than I needed.

Great at 27.5 or 29!

Had some slight delivery issues but customer service was responsive and got me what I needed. I had similar issues as other reviewers with the seatpost clamp. My bike didn't arrive with one but Primos sent one asap. The seatpost clamp was a super tight fit, Everything else was great out of the box. Breaks were seated, abd shifting has been perfect.

Not sure if I'm the first to put some 29er wheels on the Mono but I picked up some cheap wheels and 700X50 Continental Doublefighters and this bike is awesome on gravel, trails and paved roads. Love having the 27.5 and 29 as options.

Nice bike

I like my new primos mono. Reminds me of my old chromoly trek 830 that I bought new in 1995. I am 180 cm, about 5 ft 11 inches tall, 33 inch stand-over height in my shoes. I spent a couple days thinking about the size I wanted, I compared my other bikes, looked at effective top tube, stack, reach, and stem length on the stock bike, looked at my '95 trek 19.5 inch top tube, and bought the size medium. I am very glad I bought medium. plenty of stand-over, and even with medium, the reach is sort of long, plus more slack head tube angle. I plan to shorten the stem about 20-30 mm from stock.

Nice bike but lack of support

II had a few issues with it and sent them an email with no response from them (it currently being the only way to contact them), so what can I do but leave this? I like the bike overall but have a few issues with it.
