II had a few issues with it and sent them an email with no response from them (it currently being the only way to contact them), so what can I do but leave this? I like the bike overall but have a few issues with it.

This bike ROCKS. It’s a simple, steel steed that has everything you need and nothing that you dont. It quickly joined my steel framed Marins on my list of best bikes ive owned. It’s comfortable, fun, and utilitarian. As a bonus, it does all that while looking pretty cool, too. This bike just works. Oh, and it’s affordable! I had reached out to customer service for some minor issues and am very happy with the service.

Super stoked on the bike, in terms of how it handles and makes you feel. Looks sick too. Unfortunately I had two issues, the stock seatpost clamp stripped under normal torque within the first few days of riding. Primos has since then sent a new one so all is well there. Secondly, two of the water bottle cage bolts seemed to be cross threaded straight out of the box. I was still able to install bottle cages but these two bolts weren't exactly straight. The bike is amazing it's just some slight flaws in the details I experienced and I think people should get a transparent review.
