Purchased Primos Dame. Bike came in and had two large scratches on the top tube due to the handle bars being zip tied so tight to frame. Bike did not come with a seat stay bolt so I had to purchase one separately. Overall the bike is great but wish it wasn’t scratched up.

Awesome bike! The coral is more of an orange which is what I was hoping. Shifting is good to go. Be sure to check the brakes though. The front brake cable was installed wrong and not even laid over the channel and instead tightened under the screw nut! I also had to take off the fork and spin it 360 degrees so the cable would lay properly. But Primos offered to pay for the frayed cable replacement and said they are working on a better manual for installation. I assume the bikes are put together overseas? The ride is actually stiffer and bumpier than the $250 Ozark Trail G1 bike that I was riding before this—not sure why. I’m quite happy though and excited to put on more mileage! I have only had the bike a week now and have rode a bit over 100 miles. Oh, almost forgot, the saddle is not great but I guess that is to be expected with a stock seat. I changed it out.

I am pretty disappointed with my full experience with this company. I preordered a bike in yellow, and then after a couple of weird excuses (it was shipped improperly and then stuck at fedex, and then when recovered from fedex they didn't have the proper packaging to send it to me without risking it getting damaged), I finally settled for their offer of a partial refund and a bike in a different color.

I received the bike and the rear wheel was not installed. The owner manual doesn't include these instructions so the company had to provide a video for me. This was the most challenging part of the assembly and was not what I expected. Overall, buying this bike was just kind of a headache and I'm pretty disappointed to not get the color bike that I preordered. Three stars because the owners seem kind and were apologetic about the situation and did refund me a decent amount.

Would love to see more small options. I am 5'6", which is the recommended height for M, but I have an inseam of 26" so that makes the bike just a bit too tall for me. Overall though I have loved my experience with the bike.
