Assembly Instructions: Primos SuperDame

Your bike arrives semi-assembled. If you’re not comfortable assembling it yourself, we recommend getting help from someone with prior experience.

Before removing any packaging, check that the model, color, and size match your order. Then confirm that the accessories box includes a 4 mm Allen key, two 5 mm Allen keys, a 6 mm Allen key, grease, and the pedals (L/R).

HANDLEBAR

Center the handlebar, place the faceplate, and tighten the bolts evenly using the 4 mm Allen key.

⚠️ Make sure the cables are not twisted!

FRONT WHEEL

Remove the axle and the brake spacer.

Guide the rotor straight into the brake caliper, insert the axle, and tighten it using the 5 mm Allen key.

SEATPOST & BATTERY

Attach the adhesive pad to the side of the battery near the cable connector.

Locate the battery cable coming from inside the seat tube and connect it to the battery.

Once connected, carefully slide the battery into the seat tube. The battery should remain slightly visible.

Apply a thin layer of grease to the seatpost, insert it into the frame, adjust the height, and tighten the clamp using two 5 mm Allen keys.

ELECTRONIC SYSTEM SETUP

Press and hold the small button hidden inside the right shifter for about 4 seconds until a green light appears.

Press the small button on the rear derailleur to complete pairing. You may hear a short buzzing sound.

Install the LTWOO app on your phone and follow the instructions to configure the shifting system.

⚠️ The system is set to 12 speeds by default, so make sure to change it to 10 speeds.

PEDALS

Apply grease to the threads.

⚠️ Install the right pedal clockwise and the left pedal counterclockwise.

Tighten both using a 6 mm Allen key

CHARGING

To charge the system, disconnect the cable from the rear derailleur and connect it to the charging cable. Plug it into a USB power source.

The battery level can be checked in the LTwoo app.

FINAL RECOMMENDATIONS
